Terms and privacy

By using this website you agree to these terms. They were last updated on 2 November 2026 and may be updated from time to time.

Copyright

All paintings, drawings, photographs and text on this website are by Stacey Conridge unless stated otherwise, and are protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Please don’t copy, download, print, alter or reproduce any image from this site, in any form, without Stacey’s written permission. You’re very welcome to share a link to any page.

Buying a painting doesn’t transfer its copyright. Stacey keeps the copyright in all of her work, including the right to reproduce images of it.

To ask about using an image for press, an exhibition or a publication, please get in touch.

Buying a painting

Paintings are sold by enquiry, and prices are on request. Nothing on this website is an offer for sale. The price, payment, framing and delivery of a painting are agreed directly with Stacey.

Works shown as being at a gallery are sold through that gallery, on its terms.

The photographs are as close to the paintings as possible, but colours vary from screen to screen. A painting may sell before this website is updated.

Using this website

The information on this website is given in good faith but may change, and it may not always be complete or up to date. Links to other websites, such as galleries and Instagram, go to sites that Stacey doesn’t control.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the website collects your name, email address, town or suburb, your message, and the painting you asked about. This is used only to reply to you. It is kept in the website and in Stacey’s email, and it is never sold or passed on to anyone else.

To see, correct or delete the information held about you, email stacey@staceyconridge.com.

Spam protection

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being sent by a person, not a bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser.

Visitor statistics

The website counts visits with Burst Statistics, which runs on this website’s own server. It uses a first-party cookie holding a random, anonymous ID, so a returning visitor isn’t counted twice. It records no names or contact details, and nothing is shared with advertisers. This website uses no advertising cookies.
